Ito ay ok rin pagkatapos nang workout pero dapat may kasamang kanin. Complex carbohydrates + Protein = for Fast building Muscle (Post workout), pero mas ok parin ang hard boiled na walang egg yolk kasi ang pritong itlog ay may fat. Fat slows down the protein intake in our body at kailangan ng ating katawan na mabilis ang absorption nang protein after workout.
